Responsibilities:
- WiFi and Wired Network diagnoses and troubleshooting.
- Internet Link Monitoring and coordinating with Vendor in case of link failure.
- Network Monitoring using monitoring tools (Ops Mgr etc.)
TCP/IP using IP config - Client VPN creation and configuration
- Updating Networking Diagram.
- Firewall monitoring & Vendor coordination
- Basic configuration of routers and switches

Desktop Support Engineer (1 Opening)
Job description
We are Currently hiring for “Field Desktop Support engineer”.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily technical support activities related to desktop support, Network issue and Window system.
- Load/Reload standard build operating system configurations.
- Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.
- Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.
- Escalate the problem to the technical specialist & to Team Leads if not resolved.
- Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting with laptop-Field Support or On Call support.
- OS-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
- Should have experience in Desktop Support…or Computer hardware & Networking and Laptop.
